Amanda Sobhy returned to a career high ranking of world No. 5 following her PSA World Championship semifinal appearance, and Shahjahan Khan reached a career high ranking of world No. 48 in August’s world rankings. Sobhy had previously reached world No. 5 for the first time in April, but subsequently dropped to world No. 6
