Spirit of St. Louis Squash Foundation Announces Players of the Year

The Spirit of Saint Louis Squash Foundation announced the 2026 winners of the National and Regional High School Squash Players of the Year awarded in conjunction with US Squash:

  • Savannah Moxham (Darien, CT) will receive the Musick and Ashmore Trophy as the Women’s National High School Player of the Year and the Summers Trophy as the Women’s Eastern Region Player of the Year
  • Yaseen Shalaby (New York, NY) will receive the Musick and Ashmore Trophy as the Men’s National High School Player of the Year and the Summers Trophy as the Men’s Eastern Region Player of the Year
  • Narinn Pozios (Grosse Point, MI) and Ava Lin (Chicago, IL) will receive the Spence Trophy as the Men’s and Women’s Midwest Region Players of the Year
  • Riva Bhagwati (Hillsborough, CA) and Aariz Ahmed (Sunnyvale, CA) will receive the Arneson Trophy as the Men’s and Women’s High School Western Region Players of the Year
  • Frankie Dunn (St. Louis, MO) and Charlotte Medler (St. Louis, MO) will receive the Avery Cup as the Men’s and Women’s St. Louis Players of the Year

At its expense, the Foundation hosts the winners and their families for an exciting weekend in St. Louis culminating at the Annual Gala on April 25 and 26, 2026, when their perpetual trophies are presented.

This year, the Foundation is also excited to welcome Mollie Marcoux Samaan, the new Chief Executive Officer of US Squash, and her leadership team to the Annual Gala.

“For the fifth year, the Foundation is honored to recognize the dedication, hard work and talent of these high school athletes,” Foundation Chairman Craig W. Ashmore said. “We look forward to an incredible weekend with the award winners and their families, and Mollie and her US Squash team at the Racquet Club in St. Louis.”
