The Philly Phab Phive return to defend the Howe Cup in Division A against Seattle’s Orange Force, the Philly Twist, New York’s Not Fast, Just Furious, Boston’s Brady Brunch, Chicago’s Rainbow Warriors and San Francisco’s Olympic Club. Division C boasts the largest division with sixteen teams, while Division B will field thirteen teams and eight in Division D.

The Howe Cup, the United States’ largest squash event for women, has a long history. The annual women’s five-person team tournament first began in 1928 as an inter-city competition between New York, Philadelphia, and Boston. Over the past eight years, the Howe Cup has seen more participation than any other U.S. Championship with twenty percent growth. 2019 marks the tournament’s eighty-sixth edition.
