Francis is a Director at Felton Group, LLC, a single family office and Program Director for Quantitative Foundation. An important objective of the foundation is the development and growth of squash. Francis oversaw the foundation’s grant for the building of McArthur Squash Center, home of squash at the University of Virginia. Francis is also President of Friends of Virginia Squash, the non-profit dedicated to supporting the squash teams at UVA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
Francis grew up in Charlottesville, competed in junior squash, and played varsity lacrosse and squash at Yale and earned All-American in squash in 2007. Through his work at Quantitative Foundation, Francis has collaborated with US Squash on multiple squash related initiatives.
