Position Overview:
The Field Club is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and personable Squash Professional to join our dedicated team of racquets professionals. Our squash program has a long-standing reputation as one of the most prestigious in the Northeast, having hosted national and international tournaments for over 20 years and produced numerous national champions.

Our squash program has a long-standing reputation as one of the most prestigious in the Northeast, having hosted national and international tournaments for over 20 years and produced numerous national champions.
As a Squash Professional, you will work closely with the Director of Squash to deliver a year-round program that emphasizes excellence, growth, and player development across all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated coach looking to refine their skills, gain valuable experience, and grow their career in the racquets industry.
Additionally, this position may include the opportunity to teach Padel, pending the necessary certification. As a new offering at the Field Club, Padel presents an exciting chance for the candidate to expand their skill set and enhance their professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver private lessons and group clinics for adults and juniors of all levels.

Assist with the planning and execution of club tournaments, events, and national/international competitions.

Provide high-quality on-court coaching, especially during the winter season.

Support off-court administrative tasks, including scheduling, member communication, and event coordination.

Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and foster strong relationships with members and staff.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of teaching/coaching experience preferred.

Proven ability to work effectively with juniors and adults of all abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in hardball doubles is preferred.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a teaching schedule and provide administrative support.
