US Squash Announces AEON School as Official School Partner

AEON School, the world’s leading private online school, is proud to partner with US Squash, the national governing body for one of the most exciting new Olympic sports. By naming AEON as its “Official School,” US Squash joins the ranks of fellow Olympic National Governing Bodies, USA Fencing and US Sailing, in recognizing AEON’s unique ability to support student-athletes in achieving their ambitions.

AEON School, formerly known as Avenues Online, has a proven track record of preparing students for success at top universities and empowering them to excel at the highest levels of their sport. Their partnership with USA Fencing has already produced extraordinary outcomes: a graduate from the Class of 2024 represented Team USA at the Paris Olympics and now studies at Notre Dame, while fencers from the Class of 2025 have been recruited to Harvard, Brandeis and Stanford, signaling what’s possible for squash players through this new collaboration.

Scholarships and Opportunities

To inspire the next generation of Olympic champions and global citizens, AEON School will award two full scholarships annually to US Squash members, reaffirming its commitment to transforming lives through education and sport. AEON School provides access to an exceptional education – for athletes and non-athletes alike – without the constraint of traditional financial aid processes with its personalized sliding-scale tuition program.

Flexibility for Student-Athletes

AEON School’s state-of-the-art online learning platform is especially well-suited for elite student-athletes, offering unmatched flexibility that allows squash players to balance intense training schedules with academic success. Additionally, AEON’s Silicon Valley location at Mission College provides in-person learning opportunities and on-site mentorship, offering further support for students striking a balance between academics and athletics.

Leadership Perspectives

“At AEON, we understand that the pursuit of excellence in academics and athletics is essential to preparing our students for success on and off the court,” said Maggie Wollner, Head of School, AEON. “This partnership with US Squash provides an incredible opportunity for young athletes to thrive in their sport while receiving a world-class
education, positioning them for extraordinary achievement not only at the collegiate level but as future-focused citizens impacting positive change throughout their lives.”

Kevin Klipstein, US Squash President & CEO, added, “We are confident that this partnership with AEON School will result in an educational option junior players and parents can feel great about, both for their academics and squash. With the LA28 Olympics on the horizon, there’s never been a better time for young players to set their eyes on excellence, and we understand the commitment that such a pursuit requires. It is our hope that players and their families will see AEON School as a partner towards exceptional results, both academically and on the court.”

A Presence at Major Squash Events

AEON School will have a significant presence at major junior squash events held at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center, including the Junior National Championships, Junior Championship Tour events, and the U.S. Junior Open. With over 1,000 Junior competitors from around the world, these events provide a valuable opportunity to connect with families and highlight AEON’s dedication to supporting student-athletes.
