Scholastic Team Squash
Hundreds of Middle Schools and High Schools around the country offer squash as a sport to their students. At the scholastic level, squash is a team sport. Teams form ladders of five to nine players and compete against teams from other schools in head to head matches where individual players on each team compete against the player on the other team in their same ladder position (i.e. the number 1 player on team A competes against the number 1 player on team B).
Scholastic team squash is a fantastic opportunity for players of all abilities to play squash, improve, and enjoy the experience of being on a team. Playing squash on a team is a great means of teaching players to love the sport while offering competitive opportunities. Team squash helps to foster community, friendship, team building, and puts an emphasis on sportsmanship.
