Berners Reclaim Parent-Child Open Title; McCarthy’s Earn First

Robby and Robert Berner III reclaimed the Father-Son Open national title two years after their first, while Peter & Molly McCarthy went one better after their 2023 Father-Daughter final appearance to earn their first national title at the Parent-Child Doubles, April 19-21, in Boston. Okonkwo, Fazzinga and Stoddard Earn First and Second Place Finishes at Junior Doubles

Oscar Okonkwo, Grace Fazzinga and Alexandra Stoddard all recorded first and second place U19 finishes in the U.S. Junior Doubles, while Will Newman & William Newton, and Ava Lin Jr celebrated their maiden titles Sunday, April 7, at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center. Hall of Famer Lenny Bernheimer Dies

Leonard A. Bernheimer died on Tuesday, March 25, from complications from pancreatic cancer. He was eighty-two years-old. One of the most beloved members of the American squash community, Lenny Bernheimer grew up in Boston and first played squash at Williams, where he graduated in 1963. Brown's Rachel Mashek & Blake Roshkoff made U.S. Intercollegiate Doubles Championships history by becoming the first three-time Mixed champions Sunday, March 10, at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center in Philadelphia.
