Burnt Squash is a comprehensive squash academy located in Lakeville CT. We are looking for a motivated squash pro, ready to drive business for a budding junior program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Teaching Lessons to all ages and abilities
-Organizing Clinics
-Facilitating match play
-Event management
-Tournament coaching
-Enabling player engagement
Applicants should have strong executive functioning skills along with an affable demeanor to ensure everyone leaves the facility with a smile. An additional background in strength and conditioning is preferable.
This is a 10-month position, with the possibility to scale income further with summer camps. Lesson rates and salary are competitive within the industry. With the facility located on a school campus, the applicant is required to pass a state background check. Position set to start September 1.
