In accordance with the Association By-laws, ARTICLE IV, Section 1, the Association hosted an Annual Meeting of the Members on June 21, 2023. This year, the meeting was held virtually via Zoom. Watch a replay of the meeting above.
One Director, nominated by the Board upon recommendation by the Nominating and Governance Committee, was elected by the membership to serve as a Class 4 Director. Voting occurred during the Annual Meeting and also by proxy votes submitted prior to the election. The position begins July 1, 2023 and was filled by a re-nomination of currently serving Director Andrew Fink. Read more about the newly elected Director on the Board of Directors Page.
During the meeting, an update on the state of the organization was given by Chair of the Board Sandy Tierney and President & CEO Kevin Klipstein, which was followed by a Q&A session with the members.
