The winners and their families enjoyed a fun-filled weekend in St. Louis.  They attended a reception at the Racquet Club where the St. Louis Mayor named the day in their honor, a Cardinals baseball game where they threw out the first pitch, the Central Institute for Human Performance where they received health instruction, and Padel + Pickle where they were introduced to the newest racquets game.  Three professional squash players, John White, Amanda Sobhy and James Willstrop, also shared their experiences with the winners and provided an exciting exhibition match.

The Awards Gala topped off the weekend during which the award winners received their permanent trophies and commemorative plates.

Foundation Chairman Craig W. Ashmore said “the Foundation was honored to recognize the dedication, hard work and talent of these high school athletes.  We look forward to the Annual Gala in April 2015 when we again will honor the top male and female high school players nationally, regionally and locally.”

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization committed to advancing squash across the United States.
