SQUASHTIGERS was established with the vision of becoming the premier junior squash academy in the United States. Since launching in 2022 with a state-of-the-art seven-court facility in Princeton, NJ, the academy has quickly developed into a leading center for junior squash excellence. We offer competition-based training programs for players aged 8 to 18. Our second facility, located in the Philadelphia area, features seven all-glass courts— the first of its kind in the country. As we continue to expand, additional locations are planned across the region.
We are currently seeking full-time Squash Professionals for both our Princeton and Philadelphia locations. Part-time opportunities may be considered in exceptional cases. Successful candidates will be dynamic, energetic, and passionate about working with junior athletes. A background in collegiate or professional squash, strong communication skills, and a willingness to contribute to a progressive and fast-growing organization are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver private lessons and lead group training sessions (Squads)– Engage positively and constructively with players and families
– Assist with tournament travel and logistics
– Contribute to the general operations and administration of the academy
Qualifications:
– Collegiate or professional playing experience
– Passion for junior development and coaching
– Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
– A team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow professionally
