Stuart is a co-founder of the law firm, Friedman & Wittenstein and has served as counsel for various public and private company boards. Stuart has extensive experience in corporate governance and best practices.
In the area of Sports Law, Stuart has previously served as general counsel of a professional sports league in the United States and Canada, and has represented executives, coaches, players and broadcasters of various professional sports teams and leagues.
Stuart graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Syracuse University and The George Washington University Law School. Stuart is an avid squash player and previously served on the squash committee of his club.
