US Squash Board of Directors Selects RSR Partners to Lead CEO Search

US Squash announced that its Board of Directors has selected RSR Partners to lead the search for the organization’s next CEO. The search will identify a successor to Kevin Klipstein, who announced he will be stepping down at the conclusion of 2025 after a transformative 20-year tenure.

Following an RFP process, the US Squash Board of Directors determined that RSR Partners demonstrated the requisite experience and expertise to help identify a diverse and talented pool of candidates for this critical role.  RSR Partners is a professional services firm headquartered in Greenwich, CT, that specializes in helping Boards and CEOs with their most critical recruiting, selection, and succession needs. The firm was founded in 1993 by industry icon and Chairman Emeritus, Russell S. Reynolds, Jr.

RSR Partners will begin working with the seven-member CEO Search Committee to finalize the CEO profile and align on the desired experience, expertise, and competencies for the position.
