THE ORGANIZATION
SQUASHTIGERS was founded with the objective of being thelargest and the most successful junior squash academy in the United States. We started in 2022 with a seven court facility in Princeton, NJ which has rapidly grown to being a hub of junior squash excellence. We offer competition-based training for children aged 8-18. In July 2024, we will be opening our second facility in the Philadelphia area with seven glass courts, the first of its kind in the United States. We plan to open multiple more locations as we grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Professional’s responsibilities will include teaching lessons, leading and assisting in group training, assisting in general administration and travel to select tournaments all while engaging with membership in a constructive and positive manner.
POSITION SUMMARY
We have vacancies for squash professionals at both our Princeton and Philadelphia locations. As a squash professional, you will teach lessons, lead squad (group) training and perform other duties related to the running of a Junior Squash Academy. The position is full-time, though part-time positions may also be considered under exceptional circumstances. We are looking for individuals that are high-energy, engaged, and child-friendly. If you have a collegiate or professional squash playing career, are highly motivated to be a part of a growing and progressive organization, have a passion for teaching young kids yet willing to learn and have good communication skills, we have a position for you.
