SQUASH:ED is searching for a Teaching Professional to work and train at our incredible Squash House facility in Greenwich Connecticut.
The ideal candidate is a driven, smart, organized communicator who thrives in a performance-focused environment.
SQUASH:ED’s team of Squash Professionals provide day-to-day support for SQUASH:ED’s athletes both on and off the court. Responsibilities will include: performing private lessons, delivering high-intensity group clinics, creating training schedules, conducting video analysis, tournament coaching, corresponding with clients, and building relationships with SQUASH:ED’s clientele.
REQUIREMENTS
- NGB’s Squash Coaching Certificates
- Valid US work visa (highly desirable)
- Valid Driver’s License
- The position is year-round, full-time.
- The ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and develop weekend lessons and clinics
- Work directly with SQUASH:ED’s clients (private lessons, high-intensity group clinics, creating training schedules, carrying out video analysis)
- Travel to weekend tournaments with players and offer a full range of coaching needs.
- Working in conjunction with the owner and the rest of the team for seamless execution
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and credentials. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and an hourly lesson rate.
