Senior Class of 2021 Gift Initiative

US Squash has announced the Senior Class of 2021 Gift Initiative following the momentum built by the inaugural Class of 2020 Gift.

The members of the Class of 2021 have experienced challenges through both their junior and senior years, unlike any class before them in many ways. We believe that the skills and values taught through squash – resilience, hard work, respect, and a sense of community – have helped this class of students as they have navigated through strong headwinds. We hope that your family will help us expand access to squash so that the next generation of junior squash players can start their journey of lifelong engagement in the sport.

Senior Class of 2021 Gift Initiative:

This Class Gift initiative builds on the strength of our junior squash community by allowing graduating classes to come together in celebration of their achievements, on and off the court, and support the future of US Squash’s junior development programs.

Through the coordinated effort of “Class Ambassadors” who have contributed, and reached out to their friends to give, more than $40,000 has already been raised in the name of the Class of 2021, with the goal of raising $100,000. It is our hope that your family will join us and give to this unique campaign. Thank you to the Class Ambassadors and to those who have already contributed to the Senior Class of 2021 Gift!

Additional information on this initiative, a list of Class Ambassadors and those who have contributed to the Senior Class of 2021 Gift, and details on how to give appears on this page.

Recognition in Appreciation:

Recognition of donations to the Class of 2021 Gift Initiative will be highlighted in a dedicated space in the Arlen Specter US Squash Center in Philadelphia. This is a singular opportunity to affiliate this great class with the opening season of the world’s largest community squash center, home of Team USA and host facility for major U.S. championship events. To allow inclusion of as many graduating seniors as possible, all contributions made to this initiative, regardless of amount, will be recognized in the name of the Class of 2021 player. In addition, contributions will also be recognized as part of the US Squash Annual Fund giving levels for this year.

US Squash has recognized Class of 2021 graduates in an ongoing series of reflections. Read the first installment here and second installment here.
