Richard has 25 years experience in the energy sector, serving as CEO, President and Board member. He is founder and Executive Chairman of Ridge Energy Services, and advises management teams in the sustainability space, including Fervo Energy and Antora Energy. He serves on the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) National Council and the Yale Center for Business and Environment Advisory Board. He is a 2017 Distinguished Career Institute Fellow at Stanford University, where he remains involved, serving as an Advisor to the TomKat Center for Sustainability. A graduate of Wesleyan University and Yale School of Management, Richard is an avid sports fan and lifelong athlete, having competed in numerous triathlons. He remains active as a recreational squash player and cyclist.
