About the Role: We’re seeking a Partnership Manager to lead sponsorship sales and partnerships with national brands. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who loves sports marketing, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sponsorship and partnership sales for the league and its teams.
  • Identify and engage national brands across key sectors (sportswear, finance, wellness, tech, hospitality).
  • Create and present customized sponsorship proposals and decks.
  • Negotiate and close deals that deliver strong ROI.
  • Manage and grow relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership on activations, media, and events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development (sports or events preferred).
  • Proven record meeting or exceeding project and/or sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through.
  • A passion for squash — ideally a current or former player or avid fan.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
