Job Overview

US Squash seeks a proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Sr. Manager, Development & Partnerships to support the organization’s revenue generation goals on the road to the LA28 Olympic Games. This position plays a central role in delivering meaningful value to institutional and corporate partners while ensuring a first-class experience for individual donors and attendees.

As a key member of the development team, the Sr. Manager will work closely with senior staff, the Board, and external partners to execute sponsorship deliverables, maintain donor and partner communications, track engagement, and support event activation. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong operational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development
    • Support the Director, Development in managing all US Squash and U.S. Squash Foundation donor stewardship and Boards
    • Support the Director, Development in managing all facets of development events
    • Maintain accurate records in the organization’s CRM (e.g., Bloomerang), including donor interactions, sponsorship deliverables, and communications history
    • Support day-to-day gift entry and acknowledgement processes
  • Partnerships
    • Serve as the day-to-day contact for institutional and corporate partners, ensuring timely execution of partnership benefits and activations
    • Assist with the creation of partnership proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports
    • Liaise with external sales partners and United Sport Collective
    • Sell US Squash, U.S. Open, and Specter Center sponsorships and advertising, particularly targeting low-to-middle cost packages
  • U.S. Open
    • Manage all ticketing and seating sales and operations
    • Co-manage in-venue hospitality experience for partners, sponsors, and donors
  • Manage a part-time intern to assist with all job responsibilities, particularly events

Recommended Skills/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sport Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in development, events, sponsorship, or donor relations
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with interest in networking and revenue creation
  • Passion for sports is a plus

Location & Hours

The hybrid role is based at US Squash Headquarters at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center in Philadelphia, PA. Expectancy to work 40 hours per week within normal working hours (Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm), as well as occasional evenings, weekends, and travel for marquee events. Schedule to be determined with Sr. VP, Development, Sponsorship and Marketing.
