Established in 1895, the Cincinnati Country Club (CCC) is a prestigious private country club located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Position Overview: Squash Professional

The Cincinnati Country Club is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Squash Professional to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will collaborate with our Head Squash Professional, Nathan Dugan, and a Squash Coordinator, forming a cohesive and energetic trio. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, respect, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruction and Coaching: Provide singles and doubles lessons and clinics for junior and adult players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Pro Shop Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop.
  • Member Engagement: Communicate effectively with club members, addressing their needs and promoting club activities.
  • Support: Assist the Head Squash Professional in various tasks as needed.

Program Highlights 

  • Events: In addition to club events, the CCC has hosted US Squash junior silver and gold tournaments (The Mills Cup) as well as an annual Jesters Intercollegiate Cincinnati Squash Cup. The highlight event is the 75K Women’s PSA Gaynor Cup, now in its eighth year.
  • Development Initiatives: Contribute to the anticipated launch of a middle school squash team program in the fall of 2024.

Compensation 

  • The CCC offers a generous base salary in addition to lessons and Medical benefits, employee meals and a 401K will also be offered as part of the package.
