Piping Rock Club is a private member-owned country club located in Locust Valley, New York. We are on the North Shore of Nassau County, less than one hour outside of Manhattan. We offer 13 Har-Tru tennis courts, 16 grass tennis courts, squash (3 singles and 1 doubles), 4 paddle tennis courts, skeet shooting and an 18-hole golf course. The squash program offers both private and semi-private lessons, clinics, and tournaments for members.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a weekend squash assistant to help grow and add to our successful adult and junior program. The candidate will be responsible for helping engage current squash players and to introduce squash to new adult and junior members. Instruction will be given through both private and semi-private, doubles and singles lessons. Our goal is to facilitate a safe and enjoyable squash experience for all our members.
Position requirements
- At least one year squash coaching experience.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Valid US working visa.
- Available on weekends from September 16th to May 30th.
- Minimum Skill level of 4.5.
Compensation for the position will be based on the experience and level of the candidate.
