Squash Zone is seeking a full-time squash pro to assist our coaches to give lessons/run programs/aid in hosting events
Job Description
- Assisting, preparing, leading group clinic within various areas of training – squash, mental, physical
- Tournament and event organization assistance
- Hands on approach in building a holistic SZ program catering to adults and children
- Organize, officiate at squash events/exhibitions/in house club events
- Ensure members receive prompt response to lesson requests.
- Available for clinic coaching
- Visibility at club outside of on-court hours
- Monitor condition of squash court playability
- Communication style open friendly greet members by name, courteous
- Competent in evaluating and implementing appropriate skill level coaching plans
- Provide admin off court support to Director of Squash with coordination fo both personal teaching schedule and member communication
- Working availability Saturday and Sunday
Experience/Requirements
- Strong playing background. Successful junior career/college playing experience/professional player
- US Rating 5.0 minimum
- Club coaching experience
- Valid US Work visa preferable
- Communication skills: adept at Club Locker, excellent verbal, writing, computer skills
- Level 1 coaching certificate
- CPR/AED certificate
Compensation
- Base. Hourly lesson rate.
- Health, dental, vision contributions
- Hourly clinic rate

- +/- 40 hours per week
