Reports to: Squash Director/Athletic Director
Status: Part-time
Schedule: Varies, includes weekends

General Job Description:
The Chelsea Piers Connecticut Squash Pro will coach juniors and teach both small group and private lessons. Applicants must exhibit exceptional customer service skills, be extremely organized, and have a keen attention to details. Applicants should enjoy interacting with players of all levels, parents and children; experience is essential.
Qualifications:
- Professional or high-level collegiate experience preferred
- Ability to coach both juniors and adults
- Energetic and hard working
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Willingness to both learn from, and share knowledge with, other staff members
- Excellent verbal skills
- Must maintain professional and courteous manner at all times
- Enjoy working in team environment
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, including wearing Chelsea Piers’ uniform
- Ability to retain customers year round and form long lasting professional relationships
