US Squash is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which serves as the only national governing body and membership organization for the sport in the United States. The organization is a member of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, the World Squash and Pan American Squash Federations. It is seeking a senior software developer motivated to take US Squash software platforms to the next level.
The Role
This is a full-time position reporting to the Vice President of Technology, and is based in Philadelphia. The successful candidate for the senior software developer role will work on the Club Locker suite of software. Interested individuals should be able to quickly create elegant code, work with a team, run with minimal direction, and have an eye for design.
Responsibilities will include:
- Full stack development
- Feature development and coding, including from the ground up with AWS
- Ideation and implementation of new platform elements
- Enhancing UX/UI
- 80%+ new development

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Desired in the Candidates
Successful candidates will have the ability to work collaboratively within a team, will share the values of US Squash and will be committed to the long-term vision and mission of the organization, and:
- A least 3 years of experience and knowledge of:
- Angular 5+
- Node.JS
- Javascript
- SQL
- HTML / CSS / Express
- Jira
- UI/UX
- Proven experience and demonstrated development ability
- Ability to work with, prioritize and managed multiple concurrent projects
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
